The injection moulded web-like structure of the 125mm wheel body and over-moulded rollers create a robust, high impact, corrosion resistant wheel, with no pins, inserts or seams.

Rotacaster Wheels are available in FIVE sizes - 35mm, 50mm, 90mm, 125mm and 180mm.
The smallest wheel in the Rotacaster family. Used for both driven and free rolling conveyor transfer systems, inspection tables, ball transfer stations, as robotic wheels or other wheeled application.
35mm wheels guarantee optimum roll ability and lifecycles to fit nearly any purpose. The soft TPE rollers provide maximum traction for speed and acceleration, ideal for robotic competitions.
Choice of:
Soft, over-moulded TPE rollers (57A), ideal for robotic application
Solid nylon rollers (99A) best for inverted conveyor use (not suitable as a floor wheel on hard surfaces)

With full resin construction, the 50mm wheel provides a minimal risk for lost rollers and maintenance costs in environments sensitive to interruptions. A great swivel caster or ball transfer alternative.
